Had a fantastic time. Everything was good, and rooms were luxurious and bright. - Very very good breakfast and other services were excellent. - I really enjoyed the stay from check-in to bistro bar with free hot drinks.

Fantastic staff - they were amazing 😊 I had a great time interacting with all of them.

The hotel is quite good and unlike many comments in German, I would recommend its breakfast.

1) The rooms are a bit warm and they do not have air-conditioning. 2) The pillows are very soft and somewhat uncomfortable.

Internet access in Room 404 on the fourth floor didn't work; I wound up buying T-Mobile hotspot access for a 30-day pass for E29 for a 4 day business trip.

The reception staffes are very friendly and warmhearted. The room facilities are complete, and work well. Breakfast is very good. Parking is free.

Far away from downtown, the location is unconvenient unless you drive a car. Free Wifi available only in the lobby.

We stayed here for 2 days and i have never met such welcoming and helpful staff. They organized everything from rent-a-car, taxis, trips etc. for us. Rooms are nice and quite spacious, breakfast was excellent. Only not quite sure about the 4 stars. Otherwise everything was great!

Convenient location with the airport just 10 km away. Had a yummy breakfast with crispy bacon that I really enjoyed! 🥓

Had perfect 10/10 stay during the holidays, the staff were very amiable, location was ideal near the subway. I appreciated the very comfy bed and the standard king room. The breakfast was free, a good choice of food.

Nice lobby area with bar where you can have a meal in the evening. Has its own bus museum!

Interior soundproofing not very good. Metal keys and locks and thin walls. I was unlucky in that some men were having a drunken party in the room next door. The night manager was kind enough to have a word with them as they had just been rude when I complained personally.

The property has highly courteous and efficient staff. The hotel serves large and delicious breakfasts for different tastes. It has a magnificent and perfect location very close to Stuttgart center and airport.

They still took my towels even though I hung them up to reuse. It was a bit far from the city.
